Partner Government Agencies (PGA) are federal agencies that regulate the import of goods into the United States. PGA compliance refers to ensuring that all imported products meet regulations set by these U.S. agencies.

Also known as a merchandise passport, a carnet is a Customs document that allows the temporary import and/or export of goods without paying duties and taxes. It’s useful for industries that need an exemption for exposition or film production.

Today, importers are forced to operate in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. We offer support that integrates within your company, that promotes our clients’ independence through transparency and training.

Prior Disclosures, Protests/520d, CF28/CF29 – Response to Requests for Information/Action, Binding Rulings, Reconciliation, Section 301/232 Duty Refunds, and USMCA (CUSMA) Eligibility Verification are some options that may help correct costly mistakes and/or save money.

Clearing CPB involves: Filing entry documents, paying duties and fees, document/physical inspection, and finally, shipment release.

An ISF, also known as 10+2, is a form that must be submitted to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) before importing cargo into the U.S.

Rail/Border Customs Clearance

Or drawback is a program that allows companies to receive a refund of some of the duties, taxes, and fees paid when importing goods into the United States.

Processing a rail shipment is very similar to processing a truck clearance. The Customs broker must transmit an entry, and the rail company must transmit a manifest/consist via ACE.
